(3) When bringing an emergency patient to Atsugi Municipal Hospital, use the "Emergencies" entrance on the south side of the hospital. If at all possible, bring the "health insurance card" of the patient (if the patient has a registration card for Atsugi Municipal Hospital or the Prefectural Atsugi Hospital, also try to bring the card with the patient).
