The Youth Education Center is able to help in many of the above cases. Counseling

Medical specialists are available for counseling problems such as a child's bed-wetting
or lack of composure.
Third Tuesday of every month: 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM

Counseling is provided free of charge. Note that a reservation must be made over
the phone before coming to counseling. |
